Bargarh(Niranjan Tripathy) – :The Annual Function of Anchal College, Padampur, was held under the chairmanship of Principal Prof. Lalit Mohan Panda. At the beginning of the event, Prof. Panda welcomed the guests and briefly presented the annual report of the college, highlighting its major achievements.
Prof. Khageswar Das, the student council advisor, introduced the guests, while Prof. Prabhat Kumar Mahapatra shared insights into the various activities of the college and the accomplishments of its students. The chief guest of the event, retired principal of Bhawanipatna Government Women’s College, Prof. Ashok Pujari, encouraged students to work hard to achieve their goals. The keynote speaker, renowned humor poet Rasaraj Achyut Purohit, entertained the audience with his humorous poetry and motivated students to face life’s challenges with a positive attitude.
During the event, students who excelled in various competitions were felicitated. This was followed by cultural performances showcasing students’ talents. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by cultural council advisor Santosh Kumar Mishra. Dr. Saroj Kumar Nayak coordinated the event, which saw the presence of faculty members, staff, and a large number of students, including Promod Kumar Tripathy, Promod Kumar Panigrahi, Tara Prasad Satpathy, Navakrishna Mishra, Jhunu Parida, and Sharmila Panda.
