- At present, the Medical Board for Divyang persons is held once a month at Old DHH, Bargarh, where the Divyangs of all the 12 blocks of Bargarh district meet to resolve their problems and on that day so many Divyangs come to reach this board, such as those from far-off places like Padampur, Paikmal, Jharband etc. They have to travel long distances and they have to face a lot of problems to return to their places at late hours.
Therefore, we suggest that the Medical Board should be held twice a month, once at Bargarh headquarters and once at Padampur Sub-Division.

- It appears that the disability certificates issued to many Divyangs need to be reviewed with regard to their percentage of disability.
- It is learnt that the State Govt. A state level committee has been formed to promote and resolve various problems of the department. It has been requested to provide representation to the block level Divyang Sanghas in the district level committee formed for the same purpose.
- Despite the provision for reservation of seats in all government institutions. and private buses, the Divyangs are not getting proper response from the staff of these buses due to their indifferent attitude, Sir, please consider this matter with interest towards the Divyangs.
In the above situation, I request you to kindly consider these issues and help our Divyang members and request you Sir. The President Shyam Sundar Agarwal, Yashvir Singh, Vandana Agarwal, Madhu Jain, Tarani Suna, Sana Meher were present at the time of submitting this demand letter.
