BALANGIR(Report by Journalist Niranjan Tripathy) -: A preparatory meeting was held at the local Tahak Kabita Shawl in Balangir under the chairmanship of poet Digambara Naik for Tahak Tihar of Tahak Kutum. In this meeting, Editor Rajesh Dandasena announced that this year the program will be held for two days on March 15 and 16. He suggested that an annual literary magazine Tahak will be published under the coordination of Editor-in-Chief Arjun Kumar Sahu. In this meeting,
prominent personalities like Niranjan Panda, Dilip Kumar Mishra, Jagabandhu Patel, Gopal Meher, Basanti Manjari Hanuman, Rabindra Kumar Sahu, Dharmendra Pradhan, Bairagi Sahu, Milan Panda, Bharat Meher, Nikita Sa and Salini Sa were present and said in their speeches that this year the program will be celebrated with great pomp. The committee decided to organize various programs on Tihar, which is a festival of literature and culture. Finally, Managing Editor Dilip Kumar Mishra proposed the vote of thanks.
