Bargarh(Report by Journalist Niranjan Tripathy)-: A free health camp was organised at GM High School Khuntpali jointly by Triranga Club Khuntapali and Murli Krishna Foundation Bargarh. Several patients from nearby villages attended the camp and availed free treatment.
Shri. Jashobant Meher, Chairman Amritdhara Nursing Home Bijepur and Dr. Sushant Meher, (MS )General Surgery, Vikas Hospital, were the guests and formally inaugurated the camp. The camp was held from 9 am to 1 pm. Doctors from various departments such as MD Paediatrics Dr. Ashish Shatpathy, MD Medicine Dr. Santosh Tete, MS General Surgery Dr. Sushant Meher, Dentist Dr. Pragati Sinha, and physiotherapist Dr. Mohammed Aktar treated the patients in their respective segments.
Apart from the treatment free medicine was distributed and free blood tests were conducted. Dr. Ajit Kumar Barik and his colleagues co operated during the registration and other works. Bargarh MLA Shri Ashwini Kumar Sadangi visited the camp and met the doctors and enquired the patients of their health. He also appreciated the charitable effort of Triranga Club Khundapali, and honored them with a certificate and momento given by the Murali Krishna Foundation. A heavy crowd was seen at the free health camp. Sri Arun Majhi, Anand Bhoi, Sumanta Majhi, Tapan Padhan, Purandar Sahu, Sudhir Seth, Prafulla Majhi and Mantu Majhi of Triranga Club Khuntapali put of their best efforts and made the free health camp a grand success.
